Adoption is when you transfer the legal rights of a child's biological parents to the current or adoption parents. This includes the voluntary surrender or involuntary termination of the child's biological parent's rights. Don't let the stress and anxiety of the adoption process get in your way. Hiring a lawyer who will be in your corner is important for navigation and giving you peace of mind.
